We’re at the beginning. Here’s what we can share so far.
Can I buy a Cherish & Clover product yet?
Not yet. Our first product concept is in development. The Shop page is where we’ll share more when it’s ready.
Where can I find sizing and care instructions?
Product-specific sizing, fit, and care guidance will be available when the first product launches. We haven’t published instructions for a product that is still being developed.
What about shipping and returns?
We aren’t accepting orders yet. Shipping destinations, delivery information, and return policies will be published before shopping becomes available.
Where should I ask about my child’s hearing device?
Your child’s audiologist, cochlear implant team, or device provider can help with individual device questions. Our Learn hub is being developed for general education.
Are the videos and articles ready?
The current collection contains clearly labelled previews. Finished pieces will be added with sources, publication dates, and author and reviewer details where appropriate.
